Bad The room was really smelly with a bad odor that you could even enter, then they gave us another room and at 6:00 a.m. somebody comes in the room and turns the lights on and wake every body up. What a bad experience, I don't think I am going to stay at EXTENDED STAY any more.

The kitchenette is nice if you have a family/ on a budget, and they do accept pets- but there is an additional charge for them. $25 a nite is extensive. The laundry room is clean and available 24hrs, but the vending machines located inside are out of order, or mislabeled (drinks). If you’re lucky, and get one of the two friendly staff members, you’re golden- if not?... good luck to you!

Do not stay It was the worse hotel I have stayed at in a long time. There was dog poop in the hallway. The toilet got clogged and I had to go get my own plunger and plung it out myself. No breakfast in the morning like it said.

Not what I expected. Room was very dirty. Beds and pillow were not comfortable. No swimming pool or use machine. Probably will not stay here again

Not what I was expecting. I felt like I was in the ghetto. It had broken down cars and trailers in the parking lot. When we got to our room the first towel my husband used had a black hair on it

Expected a much better experience After confirming my information there was confusion and I was asked to pay. I told them it was already paid for. The manager was called over by the employee. she confirmed I paid when I booked the room. My room was very hot so I turned the air on and left hoping it would feel better by the time I returned. I returned 6 hours later and it was still hot. I called to ask how the temperature could be improved and also to ask for utensils and dishes, pots and pans, etc. to be brought to the room ... read more
