Don't expect any service. Staff is rarely at desk. They tell you upon check in that there is no housekeeping. You need to empty your own trash and exchange towels at desk. Grounds are littered with trash. Hotel smells like animals. Coffee in the morning, but two days in a row, ran out of cream and no apologies about it. Feels like a lot of people living there with pets.

For the money we paid for the room we could have stayed at a motel 6 for less and had a much cleaner room. The maid even forgot to take off the do not disturb sign after cleaning so we had to get someone from the front desk to make sure someone was not still in the room. Finally, breakfast, as they called it, consisted of granola bars. Seriously? The hallway smelled and the bathtub faucet had a continuous leak. No, we will not stay with your company again!

Extended Crap Hotel - Simi Valley Rude. Never smiled. Pulled up at 1pm worn and ready to stretch, get into the room and take a shower. NOPE. Said I couldn't check in until 3pm. Was having issues with my debit card and was using my son's. Wouldn't let me despite me showing them both of our accounts on one page in one app...clearly I was the account holder. And to top that off, I showed them my military veteran ID. Think that made it worse. Appauled and disgusted.

Horrible place. Stay awah It was completely awful. The front desk staff and manager was completely rude and extremely unhelpful. Our room was dirty with leftover items from the previous guests. There was blood on our sheets, a moldy sippy cup left in the kitchen cabinets, a glob of snot on the shower curtain and trash left outside the room. The whole floor was extremely smoky and smelled horrible. The bed had hair on it also. There was also a childs shoe and a torch left under the bed. This property is awful. Filthy dirty with trash cans full and overflowing, dead cars and trailers in the parking lot and the handrail in the stairwell is broken off and thrown to the side. The room was musty and old.
