I requested a non smoking room, but when. I got inside, it smelled cigarette smoke. No toiletries… i was so disappointed..

I've stayed at other Extended Stay America hotels, most of which were well kept and serviced with a smile. This location however was not kept and filled with unprofessional front desk staff. I don't believe a saw a single smile during my entire stay. In addition, the kitchen and most of the furniture has seen better days. Although the room has enough space to have an "extended stay", it felt like I was staying at a cheap motel. I won't be staying at this unwelcoming location again.

the room was very dirty, gas stove was not working, bath sink was leaking. the building was smelly and dirty.
