Didn’t get the room size requested I requested a room with two beds. When we checked in they said they had none available with no roll aways for my children. Their solution was to cancel our reservation to try to find us another hotel. Luckily, my relatives had a room with two beds and we switched. I would give them 0 stars but they did discount the room for the inconvenience. Will never stay here again.

I requested a non smoking room, but when. I got inside, it smelled cigarette smoke. No toiletries… i was so disappointed..

Hallways smelled, rooms were not cleaned and the property was not well kept

I've stayed at other Extended Stay America hotels, most of which were well kept and serviced with a smile. This location however was not kept and filled with unprofessional front desk staff. I don't believe a saw a single smile during my entire stay. In addition, the kitchen and most of the furniture has seen better days. Although the room has enough space to have an "extended stay", it felt like I was staying at a cheap motel. I won't be staying at this unwelcoming location again.
