Hotel apparently tried contacting me to inform me no more rooms were available, i had to find out when checking in. I did not have a missed call or an email so no proof of attempt to contact

When I showed up to check in to stay at the extended stay, they have lost my reservation. I had no place to stay at 10 o’clock at night. Even though I had a confirmation number, they still had no place for me to stay

I was told they were sold out and had no room's even though i had a paid reservation. I had my wife and 2 year old granddaughter.

This was the absolute worst experience of my life booking a hotel. We arrived at 12pm and I had booked my stay with Expedia 3 weeks in advance. When I got there they said they were booked solid and could not help me get a room anywhere else. I called Expedia and no one was available to refund me or get me another hotel. I slept in my car and it was the most stressful night of my life.

NEVER AGAIN!!! Room was booked on May 15th but on arrival dated May 29th your front desk said no room for us. Family of three, stuck with no place to stay over a holiday weekend! Fortunately front desk rep offered us 1 room with only a queen bed AND I slept on the floor and my wife and son slept on the bed. NEVER AGAIN WILL I BOOK AND STAY AT AN EXTENDED STAY OF AMERICA!
