Dirtiest ever This was the dirtiest hotel I have ever stayed in. The bathroom was filthy and there was a blood stain on the window ledge as well. They didn't even have a holder for the TP roll. Will NEVER stay there again. I should get a full refund.
1st off.. when i got there which was about 6:30PM. They told me they were fully booked.. after i made reservations prior to my stay. The Front Desk clerk was RUDE IN EXPLAINING to me how IT WAS FULLY BOOKED WHEN SHE CAME TO WORK AT 3PM.. I SPENT 30DOLLAS GETTING THERE BY LYFT. HORRIBLE. HOWEVER. HOTEL.COM TOOK MONEY OUT MY ACCOUNT. I HAD TO STAND OUT IN THE COLD FOR YET ANOTHER LYFT TO TAKE ME TO DOWNEY WHERE I PAID FOR ANOTHER ROOM

Smells garbage in the hallway. Cigarette butts on the floor. It lacks maintenance. Elevator buttons falling off. Trash on the floor in the trash room. Smells cigarettes smoke and weed inside the building

Hotel ? more like road side motel - Was not given room I paid in advance for - trash and homeless in parking lot - trash in elevator - room not full cleaned (I found make up and trash under bed and I’m dresser drawers) - trash in lobby trash can over flowing from previous day - decor / furniture of room is not same as photos on web site it looks like cabin and outdated clearly not the same as the modern looking furniture in the pictures on hotels.com website - tv lost signal often - sheet metal on bathroom door ???
There was trash bags piled up on the stairways. People were smoking all on the second floor and the neighbors were terrifying. I hat to lock myself inside my room with chair blocking door. Every morning when staff came to check in and out all I would hear is screaming which startled me at 10 in the morning. I can go on and on.

Filthy not cleaned for covid The hotel was filthy and the room door had no seal stating that it had been sanitized for covid. We left immediately and stayed at Hilton garden inn which was very clean. A refund for extended stay is mandatory.

Bates motel Do not stay here! 1. Room was not cleaned 2. Microwave not operating 3. Smoke smell when smoking was not allowed Worst experience ever😕
