When I arrive at 6pm my room was not ready the receptionist told me to go to have dinner at the mall so i got my room by 9pm.... Even when I booked a non smoking room they gave me a smoking room I was not able to sleep because of the bad smell and lets not talk about how dirty the room was... INCLUDED BREAKFAST???? this is the biggest SCAM ever would you call a coffee or tea with granola bars breakfast??? seriously???

hallway is stinky and all facilities are old and not clean even laundry machines. Kitchen and hair drier is not ready equipped in a room, but available when ask for them to counter.

Extended Stay America in Torrance is definitely not a place I would book again. I checked in and checked out within 5 minutes asking for a refund. The place was dirty - the elevator had not been swept, the carpeting in the hallway was filthy, the room was dirty (e.g. the bathroom sink, the the tub), the carpet was worse than the one in the hallway, the hallway smelled of cigarettes and marijuana. The good news is that Zayra, at the front desk, was cordial and immediately agreed to refund my card.

I reserved a room with 2 queen beds and when I got to the hotel. They said they didnt my reservation and they were sold out of rooms. Why would Expedia put it on there for the hotel didnt have rooms. They couldnt accomadate me. So I left to search for another hotel. Horrible...
