Room was clean, spacious and comfortable. The only thing I didn’t like was the bedframe was a little too squeaky and the elevator sucks. Other than that, everything was great. They had washers, dryers, and a vending machine. Spacious Full kitchen.
Location is great for the Valencia & Newhall side of Santa Clarita. Convenient fast food and even grocery stores if needed. Parking can be iffy because there is no security that I could see.

The hotel is outdated and although it was what appeared clean there are a lot of stains on the carpet, the bed sheets/pillow cases, and countertop. One pillow didn’t have a pillow case so we didn’t end up using that pillow. It was ok for a night but I don’t think I will stay there again. The elevator was a bit scary; we feared we would get stuck. Needs maintenance for sure and some updates. Once that’s done, I’m sure it would be better. Staff were great. Room was very clean, loved that it had a stovetop and full size fridge for extended stays. To top it off, Sara at the front desk is the absolute best.

It was a nice place to stayed.
This property used to be top by! However, lately the rooms are showing their age and the overall appearance is dilapidated.
