The reception staff was very pleasant and accommodating.
Needs Sprucing Up The free breakfast is grab and go, I was only there one night so I didn't use the kitchen. My room needed "refreshing".
Property is very pet friendly

Towels are very old. Carpets are old. They should remove the carpet. Carpet in the hallway are old and looking dirty but im sure not. Its just old
Great service over all
This hotel was very easy to get to off the freeway and yet still quiet. Even on a Friday night, it was quiet considering we are near six flags. Customer service The receptionist, Sarah, was phenomenal, professional, friendly and really helpful. I was the second person in line to check (I did not wait long) and she was kind to the people in front of me as well. Sarah is a model employee with excellent customer service skills. Many can learn from her.
