The Staff are very professional and helpful. When I come back to Louisville, I’m looking forward in staying at this hotel.

We would stay again They were doing some remodeling but crew and staff were very kind. We had our puppy and had a great area for her to run and play. My daughter had to be moved from beside us to another room due to the air conditioner not cooling but they were working on it first thing the next morning. My only concern was when I booked the reservation it was for two rooms with two double beds and that was all they had. They said the reservation to them was for two queen rooms.They brought in a roll away for my grandson. I ... read more

We like the kitchenette and location. Our a/c unit was having to work a little hard to keep the room cool.

OK if you're just passing through There were several items that needed to be addressed as far as the facility. The ladies in office was very professional.
