The manager was very friendly and helpful. Recommended near by places to eat Also, Accommodating when our room was no longer available due to someone leaving water running causing flooding. We were given a discount.

There were leftovers still in the fridge and the room smelled like smoke upon check-in. The front desk stafd made it right without any headaches at least. The hotel seems outdated and in need of refurbishing.

This property has a kitchen in the rooms which is cool but my check in was horrible my first room was occupied the second room was not cleaned and had roach spray on the counter and my third room which I accepted was missing a lamp shade and smoke alarm which is not a big deal it was just sad

There were only 2 pillows. Front staff was rude and unhelpful the first time I went to check in. The second staff member was helpful. It was clean

No wash rags Service was great at check in but got to the room and the pillows were small and worn out. The maid only comes once a week, (they didn’t tell me that up front). We only had two towels in our room when we got there, no wash rags or hand towels, I went to the desk to ask for some and all they had was two wash rags. Overall appearance was nice but sometimes the small things makes the difference. I do not think I will be staying there again unless I have no other options for our yearly trip.
