The lady at the front desk was very friendly and helpful. We have a nice quite stay.

We would stay again They were doing some remodeling but crew and staff were very kind. We had our puppy and had a great area for her to run and play. My daughter had to be moved from beside us to another room due to the air conditioner not cooling but they were working on it first thing the next morning. My only concern was when I booked the reservation it was for two rooms with two double beds and that was all they had. They said the reservation to them was for two queen rooms.They brought in a roll away for my grandson. I ... read more

We like the kitchenette and location. Our a/c unit was having to work a little hard to keep the room cool.

Bathroom was dirty didn't notice it until the next morning there was faical hair in the sink other than that it was all good

Pleasant Spot in Louisville Hotel was clean. Staff was very,very friendly. Check-in was quick and pleasant. Unfortunately, CO1 detector in room was sounding periodically and front desk seemed to unable to change the battery when asked. Made for a difficult night's sleep.
