Excellent in a pinch for the price We had a reservation error in that hotel.com did not pay for room. 45 minutes on phone with hotel.com support and issue was resolved. Checkin staff was great but non smoking room had a previous smokerin it. We stayed 1 night great price.
My room was faced towards the West Loop 289. I could hear all the traffic all night. The traffic was so loud. It was hard to sleep very uncomfortable stay.

The front staff was absolutely amazing! Very kind, and friendly- and this was every encounter- not just one person. Every single staff member who assisted us was nice. I wasn't a fan of the room as it felt a little "damp" and very outdated.
Everything is okay the place, staff,room until our sleep got interrupted because the fire alarm went off at almost 2 am. Was not able to go back to sleep.
