Hotel close to good food places. Texas Roadhouse and Rudy's BBQ. Good location, close to shopping mall and Texas Tech.
Decent hotel. The elevator sounded like it was going to break every time you got on it.
Easy access from the road. Limited parking. Facility was easily accessible
They had water issues

Front desk was very friendly. Room was not cleaned before our arrival.
It was next to a Texas Roadhouse which was convenient.
Disappointing Was not as advertised, much older and dilapidated. We were given a room that did not look anything like the room advertised. Only after raising multiple concerns and complaining were we moved to a room close to what was advertised.
