We came in town for graduation and stayed 2 nights. Beds were firm but comfortable. There was a stale smell but nothing too bad. Bathrooms were a little dingy. Overall, it was a decent place to stay at a good price.

My stay in Lubbock The stay in general was ok. The room was dirty, soap stains on the sinks, toothpaste splatter on the bathroom sink, could see that they missed cleaning the floor in the bathroom, no coffe pot upon request (we are out of coffee), no ice on premises , food particles in the microwave etc. VERY DISAPPOINTED. The area was good the outside windows where pretty dirty as well trying to see out and check on my vehicle.

Our room appeared to be clean for the most part. The toilet did not appear to have been thoroughly cleaned. It had rings in it. This was an Extended Stay facility but there were no dishes, utensils, etc in the kitchenette. The 2 pillows were flat and uncomfortable and the mattress was very firm. In addition, the blanket provided was made of rough and scratchy material. For the price I wish the stay would have been

Average at best It’s an average at best hotel. It says it is a non smoking facility, but it smelt like smoke everywhere in the hotel, including my room.
