Nasty and loud. No breakfast even though sure said it did. Not enough towels, weird smell and the TV didn’t even work what a joke!!

Disappointing, to say the least The first room we were in was terrible. Someone had smoked in a non-smoking room and the smell had permeated the room. The desk clerk said they had tried many things but could not remove the odor. The carpet was also badly stained. Overall room condition left much to be desired. The night clerk was sympathetic about our situation but no other room was available when we checked in. We left after 5 min. The hall smells of pot, people yelling and room was disgusting.

Pretty basic Pretty basic hotel. Not much in the way of comfort or amenities. Not the best part of town.

Lazy management Went to check in and the lady at the front desk said they didn’t have any rooms that were clean so I would have to contact hotels.com and get a refund, now I have to wait 7-10 business days before I see that refund
