Not a good experience Found hair and a used bar of soap in the shower. Even after it was cleaned again, the hair was just wiped into the corner. The general manager was very nice and tried to make up for it.

The hotel was very dirty, and there was a dead cockroach in my room.

Don't waste your money Horrible. We chose this hotel due to all the good reviews. We now know they were b.s. paid ones. The bed was incredibly hard and uncomfortable. The a.c. unit was so loud it kept me up. When asked about shampoo the front desk lady said they were all out. No one came to clean the room. We were there 3 days. The continental breakfast was a freaking joke. They had oatmeal in packets, mini muffin tops from the convenience store and breakfast bars with only one bar inside the package. Nothing else. I'll not go back My room smelled like fish; the receptionist was clearly not glad to see me and never looked me in the eye. I asked for an extra shampoo, but was told they didn't have any; the rooms are not cleaned. disappointing!

Our stay was ok. The toilet wouldn't flush and was dirty (mold around the waterline). Maintenance did come up very quickly, but said the toilet was old and in line to be replaced. He suggested we just hold down the lever until it started flushing...it sounded like the toilets on a ship when it did flush. He noticed the toilet was dirty, didn't send housekeeping so I cleaned it myself. Also, we were told there is not housekeeping service when you stay at this hotel when we checked in.

Just ok,....free wifi was the pits. It's was nice and clean, great friendly staff. The room was ok, but the free breakfast was served on a 2X3 foot table and was gone by 9 am and never refreshed.

Highly Disappointed! We will not be staying at this hotel ever again. It took 15-20 minutes on hold for anyone to pick up at the front desk on two separate tries. There were used bandages on the floor in the hallway. Dead bugs on the floor in the room. The door casing going into the bathroom had hand prints all over it, like it had never been wiped down. Overall, it was a terrible experience.

not again The room wasn't bad per say but there were definately issues while I was there. The stove heated up very quickly and would produce a lot of smoke, making the fire alarm go off. The windows only open about 3 inches so there isn't very good ventilation. They only get like 15 cable channels, a majority of which are ESPN and News. You have to pay extra for "high speed" Internet services, 3.99/day or 14.99/week. Some of the staff are friendly, Rocky is very helpful.
