For $250 per night you received no sit-down breakfast and no housekeeping. You had to bring your wet towels down to the desk to exchange and get your own toilet paper. When you checked out, you had to put your garbage outside the room and line the can with another garbage bag. The beds were full size and uncomfortable. The toilet made a loud sound when flushed and theroom fan made a loud whirring noise. Will not stay there again.

Overcharged for what was offered The hotel was in the perfect location for what we needed to do. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were disappointing. The first room we were put in had a very musty smell. We changed rooms and while less smell, still had a musty smell. We determined it was the shower curtain. The room was generally clean and sheets on bed were clean. The blankets, while I think were washed, were stained in places so it was hard to tell. Upon arrival there was not hotel staff at the front desk to check me in. I had to wait about 20 minutes to check in. The Hotel could be cleaner it has a bad smell to it. They say they offer breakfast which it’s only coffee and granola bars .

You get what you pay for Terrible customer service, and a smoke detector right over your bed that flashes green all through the night. We are never coming back- and we will spend more money to stay elsewhere.

I saw a bedbug and still it traumatizing me. Microwave is not clean, carpet also is not clean

OK - good access to Liberty Overpriced for no maid service. OK accommodations with great access to Liberty University.

worst hotel ever Found the staff to be rude when we checked in late at night . The next day there was no soap hand towels or shampoo. This hotel was so cheap they couldn't even give us soap to wash our hands with. more or less any of the other amenities that a normal Hotel would have. Very frustrated
