The hotel was not that clean to me bed sheets thin and old. You can tell they are really economizing there no maid service you have to ask for towels and front desk lady the last night had her daughter to work with her overall experience not good

The staff was very pleasant and the room was what I asked for. The problem was that the bed was very uncomfortable. Additionally, the pillows are too thin and provide almost no support.

Musty smelling rooms

Location isn’t everything!! If your working or visiting Liberty University this location is awesome but unfortunately the rooms are really dated. It was clean but the lamp switches were about to fall apart, TV only had about half the channels, and there were people up partying until 2:00am. Right behind this hotel is an extremely awesome Fairmont hotel and they also give Liberty University discounts, highly recommend!!

We found a ball of hunan hair on our son bed sheets when we turned the bed back. There were food residue in the drawers so I did not take my clothes out of our suit case which I usually do. This was my first time staying here and the Carpet was nasty and I was not aware of no housekeeping on a daily unless you want to pay for it.

Stay Somewhere else This was the worst Extended Stay that I have ever stayed at. Would not accept cash as payment for the room ( stayed for 2 nights ) and no maid service!!! Was told no maid service for weekend stay. I have NEVER had any of this staying at other Extended Stays or other hotels. Staff did not seemed to care about my complaints!! No manager available and still no phone call from one!!

The Lynchburg Extended Stay is not really set up for extended stay and kitchen facilities are a joke.. There is no sofa of any kind and the room has only one arm chair by the window. The table provided seats 2 if you use the desk chair for seating the second person. Although there is a fridge and microwave, there is no stove...only a 2-burner electric counter top with limited heat control.
