Not happy!! Will never stay there again! Not happy! Had a long day working. Went to check in at 11am guy was taking forever like 15min standing there to check me in so I went to go park of course no parking only at the back of the building and since I didn't get a key yet had to carry my luggage all the way around front and when I got back he was just about done still had to wait. Discomfort Inn Dirty shower and room smelked like cigarette smoke. Very uncomfortable.

Decent Price-deceitful amenities. The price and location drew me in. The staff was friendly and courteous. The room was adequate. However, breakfast is listed as an amenity. It was not breakfast. It was coffee, a bagged muffin, and instant oatmeal. For myself breakfast is my most important meal and to be deceived like this was very disappointing. I could have paid $ more at another hotel and had a good breakfast and been ahead. Had I known I would have. Also there is a stove, refrigerator, and microwave in the room, but no c... read more

I chose this property due to proximity to Liberty University. Looks new from exterior photos - the interior needs updating.

Great staff, Cleanliness to be desired The staff was great and so very helpful!! The room was not as impressive however. It did not smell good (smoking/pet combo) and the bathroom floor had not been washed in some time. Overall cleanliness could have appeared poor because of structural issues like cracks in the counters. While the location was great and the employees fantastic, I am not sure we will stay here again.
