I could not stay in the room. It smelled and was not clean. I went to the Hampton Inn and stayed instead. The staff was excellent when I went to them and said I couldn’t stay. I was given a full refund.

Wouldn’t return Room was not clean. To go breakfast was basically coffee with no cream and a granola bar.

Well, we had booked a king size bed room for two adults. When we arrived we were given two full beds. When I inquired about it, we were told that they did not have King size beds any more. Ok, well then the room smelled like fried chicken. Someone had obviously been cooking in there before us. The smell lingered the whole time we were there. Disappointing Rooms were nothing like betrayed on line small and no sofa or cots no ice machines breakfast a joke suite is a very LONG stretch of the imagination. You have to get your own towels and shampoo for 2 people would not have even cleaned my very shorthair. You have to ask for dishes pans silverware etc. won’t be back here for sure!!!

Needed A Thorough Cleaning The entire experience, aside from the front desk staff, was uncomfortable. The room was dated, the bathroom vanity was discolored and chipping. The room, kitchen and bathroom are in dire need of renovation. The shower and refrigerator appeared as though they had not been cleaned prior to our arrival. We will not be staying at this hotel again, which is unfortunate as the location is perfect.

Don't stay here Walking into the hotel the lobby is so small it literally can fit about three people in line. When you're speaking with staff at the front desk everyone can hear your conversation. I stayed in a queen size bedroom, and upon entering the room the floors and counters were sticky. There was pillows missing from the bed and no remote control for the t.v. Very disappointed I have stayed at various extended stay types of hotels. This brand I will not return to. The pillows were musty smelling. The staff was lazy and did only a minimum. The hotel itself had no amenities such as weight room or pool. You had to ask for every item in the room ie Hairdryer coffee maker, plates, forks,cups. Ridiculous. The staff was not welcoming or offensive. They seemed to be just baby sitting a building.

hotel The room was not very clean. Bedspread has coffee spills on it. The sheets were bumpy and rough, the bathroom fan was full of brown dirt and it fell on you as you were blow drying hair! Hotel staff was very nice
