They have 2 separate buildings, went to the one with reservations. They said overbooked and they had no rooms , had to go to next hotel they said they couldn’t do anything , after about an hour of standing around arguing , they gave me a room without putting in system

First of all, they advertise ‘continental breakfast’ when it was nothing more than a couple baskets with granola bars and gas station packaged muffins. There were packets of oatmeal but no bowls or spoons. Also, when you have a kitchenette, there is normally utensils and dishes and bowls to use. There was nothing in any of the cabinets. Not a nice place. Smelled bad, not very clean and beds very uncomfortable

Badger game mishap We booked 4 rooms for a badger game. The price was great compared to other hotels. We were able to check in early. Marcus at the front desk was helpful, professional and polite. Our 1st room smelled horribly like smoke and was a queen bed (we booked a king). We were given a 2nd room which smelt better and had a king bed. The room wasn't cleaned very good, they repaired a huge crack in the ceiling and left a little mess. There was a fire in the middle of the night because another tenant said there was bed bugs. we had to find another hotel at 2am. Our daughter suffered though the weekend from lack of sleep and didn't even make the top 15 at the pageant!
