The room wasn't cleaned very good, they repaired a huge crack in the ceiling and left a little mess. There was a fire in the middle of the night because another tenant said there was bed bugs. we had to find another hotel at 2am. Our daughter suffered though the weekend from lack of sleep and didn't even make the top 15 at the pageant!

Only stay if last resort Didn’t realize extended stay does not come with any house keeping services if under 7 day stay.

Liked local. Desk clerk wore gloves as she was doing laundry. Wrong on all levels

For starters the staff isn’t very friendly, never told us about amenities or what the hotel had to offer. All the rooms at this hotel have kitchenettes I believe, which, are NOT stocked as they claim. We bought groceries to make breakfast to find nothing in any cabinets or drawers. We then had to go down to the front desk to get the items they were suppose to provide. They did give them to us which was great but were never told that we would have to do that. Will not be staying here again The rooms has strong smells of smoke and food from people cooking in them. My room smelled like a deep fryer. Others in my group had rooms that smelled like smoke. We were there for one night so we managed the best we could.

Walls were thin, noise from all sides and above and below all night long. Cigarette burns on the bathroom counter, smoking in the elevator.
