Not very clean

Coffee and oatmeal packs were fine, other breakfast choices consisted of small prepackaged muffins and multigrain bars. Not much to choose from. Phone was under the bed and very dusty. Stovetop very greasy so smelled a bit when used to heat some water. Nearest door by room to go outside and pool area had so many cigarette butts. Garbage can by same door stunk. Learned hotel is used for people who don't have places to live so a little nervous about that.

The check-in process was the worst experience I have ever had at any hotel. I don't know the guys name but he told me he is from New York multiple times. He said he was "busy" when I walked in to inquire about getting 3 rooms for my guests from out of state, he was holding a napkin. Then after about 10-15 minutes he came back and began folding towels instead of helping me. I got mad and started to leave, he told me I need patience. Worst stay ever We came to the hotel and it turned out that there is no room available for us. Receptionist said that he can't do anything with that, but when we refused to leave he spent 20 minutes on the phone with a manager (?). Then he gave us the small room with one bed instead of room with two beds I've ordered. After some argue hotel personnel provided a small folding bed for our child. The room was never cleaned from previous occupants. I was given 2 piece of linen, and no pillow case at the counter to change the sheets myself. The person at check in was the only person working at the hotel. I would expect this at a $50 motel, but this was a $180 place. Slowest internet.

Only two towels. There was no dishes in the kitchen. You had to ask for them. There wasn’t even a glass or cup. There was no ice machine. No breakfast. It was bare bones in every aspect.

Room was not cleaned; trash not emptied, bathroom not cleaned, food left in frigerator from last guest, entire place has an odor!
