This location is close to many restaurants, gas stations and Sam’s club. This location regrettably wasn’t for my family. Upon entering the facility and even in our room we could smell smoke. Our actual room had an odor of mold as well. My daughter was not feeling well as a result and we requested a refund. We were lucky to be able to rebook at the same extended stay but off of Hollywood ave (near Sprouts) and it was a completely different experience!! Pool was out, even though we made sure beforehand it had pool available as this was the only weekend we’d be able to get out all year. Day showed up—> no pool, failed inspection. Very disappointed. Upsetting. Other than that it was perfect. Perfect location for everything.

the cleaning was very bad, I found a cockroach; an empty bottle on the floor; a coat behind the door; no hairdryer and breakfast was coffee with cake

The property is old and tired. There were lamps in the room that didn’t work, different types of bulbs in the lamps that did, a crawling bug in the bathroom, the included breakfast wasn’t there at 7am (even though advertised as 6-9:30) - didn’t check again later. You get what you pay for!

Right now, the hotel is my home, and due to this I am writing to express my deep frustration and disappointment regarding a recent experience at one of your Extended Stay properties. The events I endured not only jeopardized my health and safety but also caused significant personal and financial hardship. Hicimos el check in a las 12:30 de la noche, somos un familia y rentamos 3 habitaciones y las 3 habitaciones las camas estaban llenas de chinche, bed bug, horrible, menos mal que los niños se dieron cuenta porque no te ponen lámpara de noche para que no las veas, pero estaban llenas, cancelamos al momento y enseguida nos hicieron la cancelación y ellos saben lo que está pasando porque el señor le dio tremenda pena, gracias que pudimos conseguir en el hyat que estaba cerca de allí.

One of the worst places we have stayed at,dirty,mold holes in the walls,shower curtain to short water every where.
