Cleanliness was a major fail, I had to use a towel to clean the floors that felt filthy. I have a picture of the towel if necessary.

Pull out bed was stained. Bathtub dirty.

Just not great! My family had four rooms. My sister n law got ate up by bed bugs in her rooms. My sister had blood on a new towel. The fold out may as well not be advertised as a bed it was maybe 1/2 inch. You felt every bar. The owner needs to hire more help. The nice lady at the front was doing front desk and washing clothes. Would the owner stay there?
