This place was filthy. The first room they put me in still had food scraps on the floor and a used disposable flosser on the floor. The second room had a sticky floor, dirty countertop and the bath tub was so dirty i refused to shower in it. I woke up in the middle of the night to use the restroom amd found a bug crawling over the counter top! Someone was smoking in their room. My hallway smelled like weed and cigarettes. Will not return Lingering odor throughout halls Found a live (large) bug in our room

My Stay at Extended Stay Airport 8-9 Good at first. Needs to install cameras by all fire alarms to ensure safety. · I enjoyed the rooms. They were great and clean. · I enjoyed my stay the first 2 nights. But, the third and forth were unsatisfactory.There was or still is an arsonist starting fires for the past two days. They continued to pull the fire alarms and starting fires. Wednesday going into Thursday morning on the Nov. 8 at 4:30 am., causing lodgers to evacuate and;Then, Nov. 9, after midnight 2-3x. Someone set 2 separate fires. And other than not getting any sleep due to 2 separate evacuations nothing was done about it for the inconvenienced guests and no breakfast available at 7 am when breakfast is from 6-930.

The room was very clean but that's it. Two of the four lamps in the room didn't work. The full size refrigerator did not work at all. What good is a room in an extended stay hotel with a kitchen when the frig doesn't work? The toilet lid refused to stay up. Television reception was terrible. After several attempts I could not connect to the "free" in room wi-fi. The "continental breakfast" consisted solely of some very good coffee. One of the desk clerks was nice but the other one obviously couldn't have cared less.

my room & outside rooms and hallways smells either of cigarettes or weed. Bathroom & kitchen floors are sticky and carpet smells bad & dirty.

Very disappointing establishment The front desk staff was extremely friendly on all shifts. The hotel was just extremely dirty. All three days of my stay the hallways had trash all over and i never seen anyone vaccum the floor. My bedroom had empty juice bottles in the closet and food trash in the dresser drawer. I also killed several roaches. I requested extra towels and a hair dryer when i booked the room, i had two bath towel, no wash cloths and no hair dryer. Exterior looks great on the outside! Very dated on the inside! I was asked not to smoke inside the rooms. As I’m walking to my room from the front desk i smell a strong marijuana order coming from one of the rooms i pass. Air conditioning barely work. I keep waking out of my sleep because i was sweating! Air conditioning was basically kicking on and off when it wanted to!
