The Bottom Kitchen Cabinet Had Dirty Garbage In It And Roches!And Heating System In The Bathroom Didn't Work!The Day I Checked In At 11am On That Thursday September 6,2018 The Staff Lady That Checked Me In Was Not Pleasant!

So glad it was one night Room was ok, clean furniture was broken, beds were wore out, bathroom decent, no breakfast, roaches on the ceiling in the hallway, smelled old and wore out, floors were sticky

Blackout/No Hassel We came to Memphis for the Heritage classic football game which ended up being cancelled because of the weather. The rain storm also affected the electricity at this hotel. The staff could not predict how long the power would be off so we had no choice but to check out and check into another nearby hotel. The staff was accommodating throughout the whole situation. No pillows at check-in. Had to go back down to front desk to request pillows. TV failed to work during my stay. WIFI was extremely slow, but wanted money for "faster" internet which is disappointing. No soap in bathroom and no garbage can in room. Overall it was a pretty disappointing stay.

Awful. Biker gang hanging out outside the lobby entrance late at night blasting music and revving their engines. Empty bottles strewn outside the lobby; half a roll of toilet paper was all that was available; breakfast area dirty. Will make a different hotel choice if Im ever in this area again.
