I love extended stay properties. This one was not the best. They ran out of towls , the only nice person were the ladies that checked us in, There was miscommunication about us checking out late ,and The room was not the cleanest .

This locations had roaches all over the room as soon as we walked in the room. We left immediately

Crappy customer service, roaches in hallways. Front desk agent was unaccommodating, flat, no smiles. "Excuse me, do you have a lobby restroom I could use?" "No we don't." "I know we're here a little early, would it be possible to check in if our rooms are ready?" "No it it is not." These were actually her responses. How they would hire somebody like this for "hospitality" is beyond me. Roaches crawling through hallways, "breakfast" is a joke. Roach motel The service was terrible and the room was even worse. The window was open, when we checked in, so the side of the bed closest to the window was wet. When we asked for towels, we were told we had to turn in the old ones first, to get new ones. For 3 people staying in the room, we only had 2 bath towels and 1 washcloth. There were roaches in the room, and a terrible smell, like the room wasn't cleaned and someone smoked in the room and didn't bathe for a month.
