When we arrived the room the gave us was dirty. Dirty sheets on the bed. No pillow cases no blankets. Dirty washcloths in the bathroom. They moved us to a different room. Toilet needed plunging every time. Took forever for maintenance. They then left the plunger. Bugs in room

I know what i paid for Staff was great! It's tucked off a dead end road in a business district so it stays quiet. At least for my week stay. It's not the most fancy but it does the job

A joke of an hotel, left me outside of the property when they “didn’t have no one to check me in” then. The person over there went out for a smoke, I guess she couldn’t be bother for doing her job for 5 minutes. There were cockroaches on the entrance too. DO NOT stay here

Deplorable Pictures are deceiving. The young lady that assisted was very nice , pleasant and patient. She allowed my dad and I to look at the room before checking in (or so I thought). Water dripping, light in bathroom didn't work and the area in general was not pleasant. I tried to get the reservation cancelled but could not. My dad, mom and aunt were with me and I didn't want to have to worry about our safety because of area.
