Hotels.com sells rooms at homelesss helters Extend America expects you to stay in a Hotel for homeless and all the problems that come with that. Once I saw this situation, I asked for a refund. Extend America refused. I called Hotels.com. They were nice but refused to issue a refund. I did not feel safe and I was carrying tools on a trailer. I left, I used Hotel.com to get a known hotel to me 90 miles away. Im going to avoid using Hotels.com for hotels in the future and I'll never stay at extend america in the future.

Never again I’ll start with the good, it’s shorter. Remote didn’t work but staff brought a replacement right away. Hotel was dirty, room had no utensils dishes cups etc. Bathroom trash was not emptied, shower head sprayed water on the ceiling, toilet seat loose to the point of falling off, halls had holes in them, hallways reeked of weed! Kitchen chair missing supports and wiggled, was afraid it would collapse.
