Found a bed bugs in the bed. Carpet was smelling bad and a big holes in the carpet. No amenities at all not even a bottle of water. I took a picture of the room condition. Towel was dirty and had black stain . No hot water. Waste of money. I booked 2 rooms checked in March 5th and checked out March 6th . Horrible experience. Want my money back I have spend almost $200 for 2 rooms .

The entire place place smelled of mold and mildew and our room had a leaky toilet. Will not be back.

They were not considerate of my needs. It was pretty good but wasnt able to get clean towels when needed, was told that there was a certain time to get towels and that they wasnt available at tbe time. It was aroun 6p and that was once getting to the property after work.

The staff was friendly but it would be nice for you guys to know that it's a $150 deposit before you we can even check in and get a room

Where is my refund? The Hotel was booked up, I didnt have any where to stay and I could not get my money back. I am owed 80 dollars.
