bad smell, dirty, there was a mattress thrown in the reception. I understand it is a budget hotel but I think it can be done more

The staff was outstanding. Super friendly and understanding. Unfortunately, when we arrived to the room it was dirty (chicken bones under the sofa bed), so we decided to leave. We showed the lady at the front desk the pictures and immediately apologized and processed a refund.

Staff were excellent. Hotel run down. Handle to exit the room broken, lamp broken, TV didn’t work, no cups or utensils in kitchen.

Stay AWAY!! NASTY!!! The hotel overall smelled horrible. Like broccoli and cigarette smoke. My room looked like a jail cell. It was bare and also smelled horrible. The kitchenette was completely empty. There was no microwave or coffee maker. The tv didn't work. There was only a very thin cover for the bed. Sheets were clean, but felt like sand paper. Facility is in an normal old shape. Like didn't see a renew since was build.
