Their "tvs were down" my entire stay. Stains on the carpet. Found a couple roaches as well. Guests were loud every night slamming doors yelling and hollering at 1 2 and 3 am. Children screaming and running through the halls. Smell of cigarette smoke from other rooms wafting into my room on and off throughout my stay. Food crumbs and trash in elevators. Towels and bedding seemed fresh and clean. Fridge and stove were clean as well.

Will not go back Bathroom had roach in it and overall the hotel was not clean. Floors in hallway and stairwell were pretty dirty. Wood floors in our room were really sticky and hadn’t been cleaned in a while. Cable service was out. Wouldn’t go back

THE STAFF AT THE EXTENDED STAY AIRPORT MEMPHIS IS OUT STANDING. THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE IS GREAT AND THE HOTEL WAS VERY NEAT. IF RAISES ARE AVAILABLE THIS TEAM DESERVES IT. THOSE GUYS WORK VERY HARD TAKING CARE OF THE GUEST AT THAT LOCATION.. GREAT JOB ESA AIRPORT MEMPHIS..
