check in lady didn't feel like she wanted to help anyone. the snacks machine failed to drop the snacks. there was construction going on while i stayed there.

We’ve stayed in plenty of Extended Stays and have had room accessories like a hair dryer and coffee pot and were disappointed to find this one doesn’t. Other than that it’s been quite nice. Top compliments on the wonderful invinting smell that the room has, it makes it feel like home.

The first room I was placed in... I was highly upset about it and the women who placed us in that room had bad customer service but the next morning I love the lady who took care of us the whole time we where there she had the best service ever and moved us to the the second floor

Not again. It was quiet and looked clean. For it to be a non-smoking room, the room smelled like cigarette smoke and it had baby roaches.
