Perfectly fine It was perfectly solid for my purposes: a 9-hour stay after landing in Memphis late Thursday night. Got my rental car the next morning & drove to Little Rock. I wouldn't stay here again unless proximity to the airport & cost were my only considerations.

Terrible This was a very uncomfortable stay. First of all they didn’t have the room I reserved so four women had to sleep in one king sized bed. Secondly, the whole building smelt like smoke. There was no toliet paper in the bathroom and they said that we had to go downstairs to get the toliet paper. To replenish towels they also said we had to go downstairs to get more towels and wash rags. The service was decent but overall it was just a terrible experience. The woman at the check in desk would not let me check in and then refused to cancel the room!
