Not pleased When I arrived I had to wait over an hour to check in because of some type of technical difficulty with the person in front of me's transfer from a different Extended Stay. Afterwards I had to wait another 25 minutes for them to prepare my room. I had booked my room several hours before I showed up so there should not have been any reason my room would not be ready. Upon entering my room I tried turning the TV on via remote and the TV itself and it would not turn on. I had to call the front desk twice to get some... read more

I didn't like the fact that breakfast was very limited and shallow in selection items.

I made a late check in and when I arrived there was no one at the front desk. It took a few minutes for someone to show up. Then, when I finally got into the bedroom I realized that the bathroom haven't being cleaned properly.

My room was very clean and very spacious. The workers were very attentive to all of my needs.

It was in a great location. I wish there was less ratchet staff working though. They also did not start checkin until exactly 3 pm.
