The front desk was friendly and helped where they could. BUT the unit which was rented to us was overdue for a total rehab. There were no amenities such as paper towels, Kleenex or even cups/coffee maker/utensils. The staff let us know they had it deep cleaned but the previous people damaged it and it was waiting to rehab.

I called the hotel to advise I was in town for a family funeral, and asked if I could check in a little later than 3pm. When I arrived, Michael remembered the phone call, and extended condolences, to me. He was very polite, and professional. The lobby was very clean, and my room was very clean. While it was a sad time, my visit to Extended Stay Memphis/Germantown, was awesome. I hope that you will forward this to the hotel management.

Poor quality wi-fi and tv wasn’t working good. It was fixed on next day.

It is an extended stay, but they have no kitchenware! The lady on the reception told me the management removed it 2 years ago :). However, she managed to get me a couple of coffee mugs and a pot to boil some water.
