The room gave off a weird feeling. The bathroom tub was nasty. We wore shower shoes though. But the staff was amazing!!!... very warming and inviting!!

The front staff member was very personable. I made a mistake with my reservation check out date, and all my things were left in order in which I left them. The same staff member helped me "check-in" again for the extra night's stay without any hassle. We had enough towels. Did not require dishes or pots/pans. This is my second stay here. For the cost, it is fine.

Not pleased When I arrived I had to wait over an hour to check in because of some type of technical difficulty with the person in front of me's transfer from a different Extended Stay. Afterwards I had to wait another 25 minutes for them to prepare my room. I had booked my room several hours before I showed up so there should not have been any reason my room would not be ready.
