Convenient space for a family Great room layout for a family or several nights. Staff were friendly and helpful
It was nice, but the flush was not checked well by the cleaning staff before it got on hotel list as ready to move in. The flush leaked at every time we use it, and was not repaired during six days of our stay.
Overall good stay with minimal issues I was there six nights and seven days, although I saw housekeeping every morning, none of them ever came to my room. I had to go to the front desk and ask for trash bags to empty out my own trash and request clean towels. The rest of the staff however was extremely friendly and helpful.
No secure wifi Overall my stay was good. The main issue I had was that there wasn't "secure" wifi. I asked for clarification from front desk personnel. He said, I don't know if our wifi is secure. I called the Tech hotline. She said in fact they didn't offer it but could get me to a secure place. After over 30 minutes of waiting and her trying. I gave up and told her never mind. I was only there for one night and didn't need it that badly.

Just Okay, not worth the price we paid We stayed at this property several times 7 years ago. We know a lot can happen over that period of time, but there were several issues that arose during this stay. The elevator was unreliable and made us nervous every time we rode on it. The rooms were still in okay condition, but for the price we paid on this stay, we'll go elsewhere next time we are in Memphis.
Good but not per Options listed in Hotels.com Basic amenities in Hotel were good. But the Breakfast counter which is supposed to have just Oatmeal or similar items and Nutrobars were empty for all 3 days we stayed. Consistent reply, Order has been placed
