Staff was excellent. Property appears to have been ignored; not updated; little things like TV remote doesn’t match TV, internet speed is substandard, telephone cable was broken. All things that indicate poor quality control/oversight. The rooms are clean but need to be updated.

I would like a refund, the shower did not work. The floor was sticky. The carpet was nasty. The towels were dirty. The room smelled. It was flat out nasty!!!

Our 2 rooms were visibly dirty, and there was a bad odor. We had to go buy Clorox wipes, Lysol spray, and plug-in air fresheners. The place was very run down.

Long story short, would NOT recommend hotel. The entire hotel is dirty, it smells like they cleaned with dirty mop water or something. Walls dirty, room FILTHY, nothing was cleaned and not even sure the linens were clean. Bathroom nasty, kitchen area in room was filthy with food splattered on the side of refrigerator. Old sugar packets and a taco seasoning packet was found in cabinets which clearly proved room wasn’t cleaned. There were baby and adult roaches on the room and in the lining of the freezer door! Unfortunately the room was in run down condition. The floors were sticky and dirty and the cabinets run down. The staff were pleasant. The night before we arrive all the trucks had been broken into, so don’t leave anything valuable in your car.

This property was very rundown. The refrigerator was dented and rusted. Walls and doors throughout the property were chipped, scuffed and dirty giving the impression that everything was dirty. Things may have been clean but everything was so old and worn it was hard to tell for sure. The card reader to access side door did not work so anyone not lucky enough to get one of the few parking spots in front had a long walk to get into the hotel.
