Late check in after 11pm is not possible, it was not mentioned anywhere. The front desk is closed at 11pm. The rooms are dusty, messy and bad. The hot water did not work, so changed to a different room, a person in the next room was yelling and fighting with his family the whole night. It was a nightmare. Never going back to this or any ESA hotels. Worst hotel services in my entire life. The carpets inside the room and hallway were so bad, nasty. Do not recommend for anyone.

Not the worst but not good My room had grease on the walls and all over the floor. I couldn’t walk barefoot in the room. My socks were black. The hood over the stove had grease on it for what looks like years. The bath tub was lumpy and the room smelled musty. I killed some little bugs crawling on the floor and a cockroach in the elevator, the second floor smelled like weed. Keys didn’t always work. Never seen a pot and pan or housekeeping the whole time I was there. Bed and pillows were comfortable and it was cheap though.

The refrigerator had dead bugs on the top.. trash and debris was left in the hallway.. the staff was clueless on how to get us in the room after several tries with the key. The whole place just needed remodeling

Sleeping with Roaches in 107 This was my first night at an Extended Stay. Attached I have a picture of a roach I found in my room. I promptly killed it. Thankfully I’m only here a single night but it seems like you’ve had roaches here for an “extended stay” haven’t you? Looking at your reviews, they’ve been here months. I was offered another room but who knows if an other room doesn’t have roaches? At least I know the one roach I’ve seen in 107 is at least dead beside the nightstand.

Bad nasty hotel Filthy nasty hotel with bedbugs and roaches when I spoke politely about the situation the declined to give me my refund back when I checked out within 2 hours of being in the hotel and spotting the bedbugs in the bed . Teresa is rude and she will hang up in your face and not solve anything . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone especially with kids

They wouldn't honor my reservation because your computer changed the dates from 10/3-10/3 to 10/3-10/4.
