Sleeping with Roaches in 107 This was my first night at an Extended Stay. Attached I have a picture of a roach I found in my room. I promptly killed it. Thankfully I’m only here a single night but it seems like you’ve had roaches here for an “extended stay” haven’t you? Looking at your reviews, they’ve been here months. I was offered another room but who knows if an other room doesn’t have roaches? At least I know the one roach I’ve seen in 107 is at least dead beside the nightstand.

Bad nasty hotel Filthy nasty hotel with bedbugs and roaches when I spoke politely about the situation the declined to give me my refund back when I checked out within 2 hours of being in the hotel and spotting the bedbugs in the bed . Teresa is rude and she will hang up in your face and not solve anything . I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone especially with kids

They wouldn't honor my reservation because your computer changed the dates from 10/3-10/3 to 10/3-10/4.

Disgusting ROACHES. I was in room 302 It was horrendous. I came to Germantown hoping it would be better. South Memphis was cleaner

First room assigned lacked working lights over desk and bed stands. Second room had bugs. Left for another hotel after that.
