Never again! The room smelled. As I was taking my luggage to the car at 5:45am, I was locked out of the hotel because the card swiping machine wouldn’t work to let me back in. I had to wait 10 minutes for someone who was leaving to open the door for me to get back to my room!

Were given a room that someone else was already occupying at check in. Smelled like pot on the second floor. Vending machines were out if order and had no water available for sale. Guy passed out in the only working elevator and nobody was too quick to get him out.

Late check in after 11pm is not possible, it was not mentioned anywhere. The front desk is closed at 11pm. The rooms are dusty, messy and bad. The hot water did not work, so changed to a different room, a person in the next room was yelling and fighting with his family the whole night. It was a nightmare. Never going back to this or any ESA hotels. Worst hotel services in my entire life. The carpets inside the room and hallway were so bad, nasty. Do not recommend for anyone.

Not the worst but not good My room had grease on the walls and all over the floor. I couldn’t walk barefoot in the room. My socks were black. The hood over the stove had grease on it for what looks like years. The bath tub was lumpy and the room smelled musty. I killed some little bugs crawling on the floor and a cockroach in the elevator, the second floor smelled like weed. Keys didn’t always work. Never seen a pot and pan or housekeeping the whole time I was there. Bed and pillows were comfortable and it was cheap though.

Smells bad

The refrigerator had dead bugs on the top.. trash and debris was left in the hallway.. the staff was clueless on how to get us in the room after several tries with the key. The whole place just needed remodeling
