There were stains, dirt and dust everywhere. There was also a roach in our room. No ice machine was in this hotel. Outside of our room smelled of weed constantly, the smell was extremely noticeable at night. We will never stay here again and I am extremely irritated at how much we were charged for this roach motel.

Walked in…reeked of marijuana and cig smoke…saw carpet very worn down to fibers, in places….did NOT stay…I am requesting complete refund of prepaid charges

Staff was rude. Dirty room with multiple burn marks from.......well you make that assumption.

Worst place in Memphis There was socks left under our beds plus trash left in one of the cabinets in the room plus we found a bag of narcotics in one as well. Hotel smelt like pot the entire time and the personnel didn’t want to do anything about any of it.

The kids in the floor above me were running up and down the halls all night long and it was really annoying to say the least. They even pulled the fire alarm at 2:30am on my 3rd night here. The staff were nice, especially the girl on the 2nd shift! The room I stayed in was exceptionally dirty upon arrival. I had to get it specially cleaned bc it was too nasty to inhabit at its current condition. There were even 3 HUGE dead cockroaches on the floor and on the edge of the under bed by the bedskirt.
