Horrible and dirty This hotel was one of the only extended stays in Memphis that had a room available for the nights I needed. Extremely disappointed I spent over $600 to find bugs in my room on my bed and on the walls, and when I asked the guy at the front desk to switch my rooms the second one had bugs as well. The staff was helpful and tried to accommodate my needs but they need to do better in cleaning the rooms.

Ac didn't work, bathroom light didn't work, unable to get in touch with anyone from the front desk

Night manager Frank Let's be clear he did Apologize but he tried to come in my room because it was a computer error stating that the room was empty but it scared the life out of me

I won't be back there very soon When I walkw into the room, the first thing I noticed was that the furniture was old & depressing. It looks as if the furniture was bought second hand. One of the dresser drawers was broken. The room was clean enough, but the bathroom vent was caked with dust. I was only looking for a place to sleep to take in the Memphis May Music Festival, so it was sufficient for my needs. But, no hangers in the closet? No dishes in the kitchen? No ice in the freezer? Horrible Called in advance to make sure they had roll away beds for our 7yr old, they said yes booked room 2nights,got there they were super busy asked 3times over a period of 3hrs for the roll away bed,when she finally got time to give to me we went upstairs only to find out they had none!!they couldn't help me,wouldn't accomodate me,my 7yo son slept in a chair for the first night.after calling around and being onhold until 130pm the next day they finally showed up with a bed!!

room was ok, food found in microwave, no ice. breakfast was coffee and package donuts. won't be going back

good location for safety and quiet surroundings Not so good - The building and rooms were old and need refurbishment, although, the grounds and parking area appeared in good shape and clean. BR sink and shower drips, trouble with wifi, had to get TP, coffee maker, cups from front desk.
