We booked this hotel last week when we went to property the front desk said they are fully booked now they are refusing to refund our money

Room was okay but whoever mopped room left sticky film and didn't sweep and mop under bed. Bed and bathroom was clean. Room had dust in closet and on top of cabinets. Killed a very large roach.

Size of the room is convenient. Kitchen has no equipment of tableware and cuttlery. Nicotine smell in the bathroom. No hairdryer

The room did not look like it had been cleaned in between guests and the floor hadn't been cleaned in a very long time! The bottoms of our socks were black just from walking from the bed to the bathroom and back. The soap/shampoo in the bathroom had already been used. The fire alarm was hanging from the ceiling from wires. The location is great, but unfortunately we will not be staying there again.
