This property does not live up to its name. Non-existent breakfast and the room cleanliness is subpar. Great area and safe. The staff is amazing
I didn’t stay there, and tried to cancel but the hotel never confirmed to hotels.com so I’m out 74.00
IT WAS NOT AS PICTURED. THIS WAS SO DIRTY. I HAD TO CLEAN THE ROOM BEFORE AND I WAS GLAD I DID! HAD TO REPLACE MY RAGS AT THE DESK.

The staff was rude
The TV didn't work and they could do a little more than cleaning the room every other week
There is no breakfast. It's just bad coffee. And check under the bed for trash.
The hotel had talked with me about my reservation earlier that day but since we didn't arrive until after midnight, they cancelled my room and charged my card. I was so irate and confused and No refund.
Rip Off - no room by Extended Stay Water damage to rooms left me without a place to stay. That can happen. The problem is that my pre-paid reservation has still not been refunded. I took a photo of the computer screen at the front desk showing they had cancelled my room. I sent this to a Hotels.com supervisor via their Chat feature.
