It was dirty wet stains on the ceiling trash under the bed..people smoking weed ...its was sloppy the breakfast was on a little tray cart ..

Whose NOT Cleaning the Room Contacted front desj about the issue in the room and not even a apologetic tone was taken. I have stayed at Extended stays before and not they aren't 5 stars but it was okay for a quick weekend trip. The staff were more concern in private unprofessional behavior and conversations versus customers sercice. Then during stay I decided to put belongings in side table drawer and discovered TWO USED CONDOM WRAPPERS. That happened to be left in the drawer for who knows how long. There was hair on the sheets, no towels and the cabinet in the kitchen was hanging off the hinges. When I went to talk to the staff I waited over 15 minutes at the front desk.

I have stayed at this property dozens of times this year. My room was on the 2nd floor and the ENTIRE time, there was a dog barking in a different room somewhere near me. And in the room directly above me, it sounded like a child was running around the room and jumping from the bed to the floor, and so on. This continued until around midnight. I called the front desk and they said they would handle it, but it continued after about 30 minutes.
