The room was the only thing great based solely off of the space. The rooms were not that clean, the service was horrible. I called down to the office for towels & none were clean. I had to wait for some to be washed. Anything that was needed you had to go down to the front & get it yourself. The only good thing about this property was the location that’s it.

Great location but the facility was not clean, VERY loud noises all night long, horrible mattress, police came a few nights

Very upset about my stay at that location!! I was very upset that the hotel didn’t inform guest that their ESPN channels were not available. I had to spend more $ and go out to sport bars to watch football Saturday when I had plans to relax while my girlfriend was at work and watch football. I ask staff for at least a one day refund and they refuse and couldn’t get in touch with no one at the cooperate office!! I don’t plan on staying there never again when I’ve enjoy my times in the past at that location!!

Rooms were very dusty stove did not work nor the television.they had to move us to another room as its condition was just as worse the top quilts were very nasty hadnt been washed the stove vent was about to fall apart look like someone tried to use tissue paper to cover the smoke detectors & housekeeping just left it there. The only thing i can say good about this hotel is the area in which it is located was very quite & the ladies at the front desk were very nice! Tried to check in a little early and told it was 25 dollars extra even though room was ready. First room had broken toilet , had to move. Second room filthy with sticky substance all over floors and walls. Would not stay again.
