Staff was amazing. Always helpful and kind. Room was disappointing. Our mattress was in a noisy protector and the bed was on a very sketch/ cheap metal frame. The bathtub did not drain completely after using, so the day after your shower there was still a pool of water where the tub dipped. The pictures of the pool are obviously fake or 10 years old, pool was not open since it had not been cleaned. Nice for the price
Sofa bed had no cushioning. Like sleeping on springs. Bathtub had chips of porcelain cracking off. Still a good value.

We liked this location better than the others we’ve stayed out. Front desk was very friendly and helpful. Everything was described as well. Our room had a smell we believe from previous guests cooking! The pull out was not comfortable but we don’t have high expectations of pull out couches.

Incredibly loud dog yapping. Staff at the front desk wouldn’t let me check in at 2:30 wanted to charge extra and argued that I had not paid for the room when I paid ahead of time. Had to come back later and check in where he could clearly see I prepaid. Hotel could use a good cleaning.
