Staff was very friendly! The hotel smelled fresh and clean. My room also smelled disinfected!

Front desk staff, Chris, was very professional and polite. however, I wasnt notified that I would have to pay for my room prior to arriving. I specifically used the "reserve now, pay later" option. Read through everything, that didnt indicate this. My card used to reserve two rooms was ran for both rooms, with only one room being guaranteed, that room was not mine. thank good ness for the bank sending me a notification to call the actual hotel and guarantee the other room.
