Not very clean. Room cards kept malfunctioning and had to re-program the card a couple of times. Clerk said it happens all the time.

fold out couch mattress really needs updated. Had a bad stain on it and was terribly lumpy. Otherwise room was as expected as I stay in these hotels often when I travel. I usually get rooms with double beds but none was available for my stay. That is why had room with the couch bed.
It was extremely loud.

This hotel was great, Christopher at the front desk provided amazing customer service, he made sure that we were well taken care of. The rooms were nice, big, and very clean. The beds were clean and very comfortable. We had an extra set of towels in the room which was perfect and the ac blew very cool. I would definitely stay here again!!!!

The staff were friendly and the service was exellent.Very clean room
Great place for a family!! The staff was friendly and the room was clean. It is also in a great location. To address other reviews there is a bit of a smell but it goes away as soon as the air is turned on. It is important to keep in mind that all rooms have a kitchen so people are cooking. The only thing was the pillows are a bit thin. Beyond that it is an amazing and cheap place for a family vacation!!
