BEWARE!!!! DO NOT STAY HERE- looked like Jeffery Dahmers apartment. I was given keys to a third level room, the window has NO GLASS, window was completely open, appeared to be blood splatter on the ceiling, the sink was stopped up with visible sewage, and a sewage covered toilet plunger on top of sink. Cockroaches on the walls. Immediately ran down to front desk and the guy running it was missing, couldn’t find him for over an hour when he pulled up in his car smelling like he smoked Me**. Poop on the toilet!!!!!! So the place itself is fine. It’s a place to sleep and the bed was decent and that’s all we needed for a long road trip. There was a slight musty smell when we got there but it went away after turning the AC down. But what made us disgusted was that the morning we left we noticed there was dried poop just below the toilet flush handle!!! I couldn’t believe we didn’t notice it before. NOT AGAIN Tried Extended Stay for the first time and this experience did not make me want to try them again. I arrived around 8p local time and there was a sign at the desk stating the clerk was away helping another guest. After a few minutes, another gentleman in the lobby said to use the doorbell and then the clerk appeared. They have no smoking signs up and make it very admitted at check in no smoking. Once you get on the elevator you smell cigarettes. The room smelled worse. I had to buy two bottles of Lysol and frebrez to mask the smell. Then the blankets I got from the front desk had cigarette holes as well. My child is asthmatic and I can't believe the smoke smell was so strong.

Very poor experience Some background on me. I have been traveling extensivly for over 20 years sometimes spending up to a year and half at one hotel. So, here the room was dirty including the bathroom. 2 of the 4 lights didnt work. The fruniture was worn out and dirty. The website said they cleaned the rooms every 7 days, i was told this hotel did every 14 days. If you wanted anything extra you had to pay for it. Not again! Dirty and smelly!

Spiders, bed bugs, and dirty mattresses. Hot water only worked some of the time. The pool is nasty and has overgrown hedge everywhere. Prostitutes walk the halls. The front desk said if we want any service, it would cost and be charged to the credit card on file. This includes sheet change, garbage, and any other amenities that are listed as complimentary. Fast and the Furious Pro Edition I don't want to stay here again. Here's why. The police were there twice to arrest prostitutes. And with the highway right next to the hotel, it was hard to get a good nights sleep because apparently everyone in Memphis thinks they are in the fast and furious have loud vehicles flying by at high speeds at all hours of the night. With that being said, the place was clean, and the staff was super friendly.
