Spiders, bed bugs, and dirty mattresses. Hot water only worked some of the time. The pool is nasty and has overgrown hedge everywhere. Prostitutes walk the halls. The front desk said if we want any service, it would cost and be charged to the credit card on file. This includes sheet change, garbage, and any other amenities that are listed as complimentary. Breakfast is stale outmeal packets that have been there for months, along with coffee that tastes like nasty water. Price gouging: we had a room for a week and needed anot... read more

Fast and the Furious Pro Edition I don't want to stay here again. Here's why. The police were there twice to arrest prostitutes. And with the highway right next to the hotel, it was hard to get a good nights sleep because apparently everyone in Memphis thinks they are in the fast and furious have loud vehicles flying by at high speeds at all hours of the night. With that being said, the place was clean, and the staff was super friendly.

DISASTER IN MEMPHIS Will NEVER EVER stay at an extended stay. Property littered with trash, getting some one at the front desk difficult. Trash in hallways, Had 4 children in room above playing an stomping on floors from 06:00 to 11:00pm. Request a room move and told none available. Complained to management 4 time no results. Broken down and partial disabled cars in parking lot. NOT SAFE

Did not feel safe. Highway noise is very loud. Exterior area very dirty, trash everywhere. Breakfast included coffee, granola bars, and prepackaged muffins. Front desk staff was very nice and professional!!

It was an unsafe environment. A person was standing around drinking talking and groping himself. I felt uncomfortable and chose not to stay at this location.

No security The one night we stayed there three cars are stolen and eight cars had the windows broken and we’re missing their belongings. We got lucky that it wasn’t our car.

No don’t do it!!! 1st truck broken into during the night, was advised by others staying at location that this a regular issue at this facility. 2nd after completing police report door key failed to work no one at front desk for more than an hour. When the employee did return he smelled of marijuana. Room photos don’t match actual room. Upside checkin staff very pleasant.
