Microwave didn't work. Toaster didn't work. Coffee pot was disgusting. Kitchen sink was gross. I had to disinfect it before using it. I complained and was told that they are going to do a reno next year. It really needs it. I was glad I brought sheets with me as the sheets looked as if they had been slept on. We even went out to buy a couple of blankets because I was so grossed out with the bedspread, too.

Worst visit ever I did not expect my experience to be what it was due tonlocation of hotel. Making a long story short, i paid for a king size room, the desk clerk thought giving me a"bigger room" would be customer recovery from my phone charger being stilen couple weeks prior. Not knowing that i saw the same double room for $5 less on hotel.com. i took the room only to find out it wasnt ready (bed not made, bathrrom not clean). She gave me another room where the door was jammed, what looked like mens black curly hair in bed,... read more

Bad staff and inconsiderate Staff was rude when I added another nite. Girl name Christie was very adamant not to help. She moved us to another room, she could not find my original 2day confirmation. I asked for lower level in my original hotel confirmation. She put us on the second, and then the third floor. Also staff name Rae was not helpful, did not give us WiFi sign in. Nor asked us if we needed cookware. They never did put out th muffins. Should not advertise breakfast if we only got horrible granola bars. Room was ok. ... read more

It was fine except the bathtub was grimy and the drain clogged upon arrival.

I didn't like that they put us on the end room next to an exit door. Very noisy all night long. I also didn't like we had to plug our own tv and cable up as well as clean our bathtub before using it due to junk being all over the edge and tub. The staff was friendly but we will not be back to stay at this hotel.

it was pretty clean it was noisy all night, with kids screaming and people walking around, doors were slamming. It was not a place to get rest

unsafe checkin - security. Upon arrival, receptionist issued me keys to an occupied room. Good thing I was honest. Had to go back down and get a new room that was ready for me. Had to request twice for kitchen utensils.

Not a hotel Located in a great area. ..but kind of creepy.. This is not a hotel...no lobby...just a counter with a sign that says to call for assistance on the outdoor phone. It was a good price. But we will book a real hotel..with hotel staff..a lobby..and a better ambience next time. There was no coffee maker in the room. ..absolutely nothing else except 2 plastic cups. .no ice bucket. The free breakfast was "grab-n-go" setup on a table by the elevator... We made a poor choice..couldn't get out of there fast enough!

I know what brand to avoid now. The room was noisy you could hear the tvs from the room above and next door.
